At LGMeridian, most of our products are made-to-order or dropshipped, so shipping times vary depending on the item. Please see below for what to expect.

Order Processing

Once you place an order, it typically takes 2-5 business days to produce (for print-on-demand items) before it ships. This does not include weekends or bank holidays.

Shipping Times

Print-on-demand items (mugs, caps, notebooks, apparel):

UK: 3-7 business days after production

EU: 5-10 business days after production

USA/International: 5-20 business days after production, depending on destination

Dropshipped items (kitchens and home goods ):

UK/EU: 1-3 weeks

USA/International: 2-4 weeks

Total estimated delivery time (production plus shipping combined) is usually 5-12 business days for UK orders and up to 3-4 weeks for some international or dropshipped items. Exact estimates are shown at checkout for your specific order.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas) due to customs processing or carrier disruption outside our control. We'll keep you updated if we're notified of a significant delay.

Custom and Import Fees

For orders shipped internationally, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
